I love drinking coffee in the morning, it peps me up. It is either three-in-one type or the brewed one.
I was not discriminating about coffee. When I ran out of the three-in-one, I would re-brew my son's coffee grain, meaning recycling his coffee grain. I couldn't drink his so black, bitter coffee. It is so strong.
Coffee by itself is anti free radical.It was only recently did I learn that coffee mixed with sugar becomes free radical.So G'Core has come out with the Alkaline coffee. No more worry about the free radical from coffee!
